Videos are limited to 60 seconds in length. This page will be active prior to the contest beginning, so you may upload your video's at any time prior to January 1, 2009. However, the contest does not begin until January 1, 2009, at Noon Pacific Time. You have one month to get your video's uploaded. Voting by registered eNeigh members of their favorite “Funniest or Goofiest Home Horse Video” will begin on February 1st, 2009 and will have two weeks for the voting process.
Each Video will have a Title, and will be shown with the beginning of the video as a still photograph, and will have a one sentence explanation of the video. You must use your real name, and ranch or farm name.
Video’s may be downloaded until February 1, 2009 at 5:00PM Pacific Time, at which time the voting may begin.
Any registered member of eNeigh.com may view all of the video’s which are downloaded onto eNeigh’s “Contest” page, and VOTE on the “Vote” tab for ONE video. ONE vote per registered eNeigh member email address. Violations of the “one-vote per member” rule will constitute vote manipulation and violate the goodwill and intent of the contest. VOTING WILL OPEN ON FEBRUARY 1,, 2009, AT 5:00PM PACIFIC TIME (when uploading of videos closes) and voting will end February 15th at 11:00 AM, 2009, Pacific Time.
Votes will be tabulated on February 15th, 2009 and the top three vote winners will be announced at Noon, February 15th, 2009 and prizes awarded that day by 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

No employee or relative of an employee of eNeigh.com Inc. is eligible to win any eNeigh.com Contest.
Timing of downloads to the contest page are based upon the official clock at eNeigh.com Inc. and no exceptions are made to the timing rule.
